A dispatch confirmation email displaying your unique tracking number will be sent for all orders so that you can track the progress of your delivery.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
Consigners Closet currently uses Australia Post as its courier service for delivery worldwide. Orders shipped worldwide may be subjected to customs clearance. This can cause delays outside of the quoted delivery times. Unfortunately this is beyond our control. International orders may be subject to duties, taxes and fees that may be relevant to your country. It is the responsibility of the customer to understand and pay any of these duties, taxes and fees.
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on weight and the delivery time is between 4 - 15 business days of dispatch, depending on where the goods are being shipped to.
We mark all customs forms as “used / secondhand” items and declare the purchased value not including shipping costs. Please do not ask us to lower or alter the customs forms or mark as a “gift”.
