All items sold through Consigners Closet are pre-loved and sold on consignment.

All sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, sizing, fit, or general wear consistent with a pre-loved item.

Each item is carefully assessed prior to sale, and detailed descriptions and imagery are provided to help you make an informed purchase. We encourage customers to contact us before purchasing if they require additional information.

Faulty Items

In the unlikely event that an item is faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, including your order number and clear photographs of the issue. Once assessed and approved, we will provide instructions for return and arrange a refund where applicable.

A fault is defined as a significant issue that was not disclosed in the product listing and renders the item unwearable or not as described.

Important Information

  • We do not accept returns for sizing, fit, or general wear.

  • Items must be returned in the same condition they were received.

  • Approved returns must be lodged within the timeframe provided.
