Domestic Shipping

We ship all orders Australia-wide using Australia Post.

Free standard shipping is available on orders $150+.

For orders under $150, we offer:

  • Standard shipping – $12
  • Express shipping – $15

Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Once dispatched, delivery timeframes are determined by Australia Post and may vary depending on your location.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only. Delays can occur during peak periods, public holidays, or due to circumstances outside of our control. Tracking details will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.

 

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to selected countries via Australia Post.

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, the size, and the weight of your order. All international orders are sent with tracking.

 

Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Once dispatched, delivery timeframes are estimates only and vary depending on the destination country and local postal services.

Please note that customs duties, taxes, and import fees may be charged by your local authorities. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We are unable to control or predict these charges.

 

Consigners Closet is not responsible for delays, customs processing times, or parcels held by international customs authorities.

In Store Pickup

We offer free in-store pickup for customers who prefer to collect their order from our store.

Orders selected for in-store pickup are typically ready within 1 business day. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is ready to be collected.

 

Please bring your order confirmation email and valid photo ID when collecting your order.

Returns

All sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

 

Our team carefully inspects each item prior to sale and provides detailed descriptions and imagery. If you have any questions about sizing, condition, or styling, we’re always happy to help before you purchase.

 

In the unlikely event that your item is faulty, please contact us at admin@consignerscloset.com.au within 48 hours of delivery. Once approved, items must be returned within 7 business days, and a refund will be processed accordingly.
