Consigner's Closet accepts luxury and high end clothing, shoes, handbags and jewellery. All items must be in excellent condition and freshly dry cleaned or laundered before consignment. Selection is based upon quality, condition, season, style popularity and our store capacity.
At Consigner's Closet, we value quality above all else. We have a consignment team with a keen eye and ensuring your consigned items are in the best possible condition upon arrival in-store makes for a fast and smooth process.
Ahead of consigning, be sure to thoroughly check over your items for loose threads, missing buttons, marks/stains or any minor repairs needed. Presenting pristine items guarantees they stand out to our discerning buyers. This is the perfect recipe for a quick sale at the highest price possible.
Once your items are ready, bring them in store any time Tuesday – Saturday between 10am – 4pm. No appointment needed. One of our team members will talk you through the process, sign you up to our easy to use consignment software and assess your pieces for resale.
Once we have your pre-loved pieces, you can relax and leave the rest to us. We have a team of researchers who ensure your items are priced at the most competitive price possible. Our photography team takes a selection of photos and then each piece is assessed again and written up in detail for our website before finally hitting the shop floor to be displayed.
At any time you can log in to our software program with your own secure password to see how we have priced your items. Each time an item sells, you’ll receive an email detailing how much money you have accumulated in your account.
